The firm was established in 2002 as a faith-based law firm by the founder Lynn B. Aust. As a former flight attendant, her desire was to create a welcoming and attentive encounter with each client. The firm holds these values today and is determined to serve the community with courtesy and integrity.

COVID-19 UPDATES FROM THE AUST LAW FIRM
We pray you and your family are well and weathering this time peacefully. Our office is closely monitoring the events surrounding COVID-19 (coronavirus) and are implementing the public health recommendations of our state and federal agencies. Currently, the Aust Law Firm remains open, however, we are confident most of our client’s needs can be fulfilled through email, fax, and phone. Please continue to contact us should you need our assistance during this time. Our operating hours are currently—Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
TO OUR EXISTING CLIENTS..
During this time, we have had the opportunity to reconnect with many of our existing clients who have reached out regarding their older estate plans. We want all of our existing clients to have the same opportunity—therefore, if you would like one of our attorney’s to give you a call to update you on law changes or discuss changes you would like to see happen with regard to your estate plan, please call our office at 407-447-5399 and our receptionist will make it happen or email us at email@example.com. There is no charge for the review!
If you decide you want to make changes after our discussion, we are practicing social distancing, have reduced staff in the office, disinfect everything before and after your signing appointment and can even handle your document signing with you while you remain in your vehicle. Mayor Demmings’ “stay at home” order exempts legal services and law firms. To avoid any uncomfortable discussions with law enforcement, we will email you an appointment confirmation for you to print out and bring with you, should you need proof that you are going to an essential business that is exempt from the order.
